Our goal is to provide the highest quality coaching/training to endurance athletes of all abilities. We treat all are athletes like professionals! All our training is based on each athlete’s specific goals and abilities.
At PelotonCoaching we strongly recommend that you train with Power. Using a Power-Meter allows us to further customize your training to make the best use of your time and energy. Coach Thom has been training clients using Power –Meters for 6+ years and uses one himself to train. He also attended USACycling’s Training with Power seminar. Using a Power-Meter allows one to bring the lab into the field. However, we can accommodate athlete’s that are using HR Monitors to train.
